Carol worked diligently side by side with builder, Phil Fackler, to select all materials and finishes to ensure a spectacular outcome of a home that represented all the desires of the owners. All interior design features and furnishings were selected for an end result of an awesome "reveal" to the owners! Carol connected with local artists, finishers and vendors on this home so as you can see, it displays the beautiful work of many. This home speaks "one of a kind".

This country retreat home was sold to buyers desiring a "get away" to Kentucky. These clients were served by Carol as both realtor and designer. The setting of this home gave the perfect canvas to create the "Kentucky Homestead" feel. Full cosmetic renovation was completed with both "old treasures" and new furniture. Every piece in this home was "new" to the owners as they reside in Pennsylvania and use this home as their "getaway" retreat. This is a perfect example of how Carol likes to search for unique "finds" to create new, yet "lived in" spaces. The owners describe this as "Carolized" and love to open their home to family and friends. All things chosen for this home had to endure the love of the owners, their 15 rescue dogs!
